Gevie

Privacy Notice

Last updated 5 October 2026

This notice covers the Gevie prelaunch website at gevie.ai. It explains what we collect when you join the waitlist or apply to the Design Partner Program, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. It does not cover the Gevie product itself, which is not yet generally available.

Who we are

Geviemart LLC is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at our contact address for any question about this notice or your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site.

We also record the page you submitted from, the referring site if your browser sent one, and the time of submission.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which sources bring people here. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address (which Google truncates), the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and your device and browser type. We use it only to understand how the page is performing, and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalisation.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, by blocking cookies for this site, or with any content blocker. Nothing on this page depends on analytics working, so blocking it does not affect the forms. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell or share analytics data.

Why we collect it

We ask for your agreement to be emailed when you submit the form, and that agreement is the basis on which we contact you. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), which Geviemart LLC uses to run its business; the site is served by Google Firebase Hosting; and visit statistics are processed by Google Analytics. Those providers process the information on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until Gevie's general launch or for twelve months, whichever comes first, after which we delete entries we have not heard back from. If you become a Design Partner or a customer, your information moves to our ordinary business records and is kept for as long as that relationship lasts.

Your choices

Email us and we will, without needing a reason from you: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We will act on the request within 30 days. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe instruction.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us first and we will try to put it right.

Children

This site is for retail businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. This is a prelaunch site and a fuller privacy policy will replace this notice when Gevie becomes generally available.
